EN - For how long will I've got access to the program?


The program takes about 6 weeks (2 weeks prior to the Ramadan and a month during the Ramadan period). In total you'll get 2 months access to the program, which means that you'll be able to watch it back for another week or 2, if you like.




EN - Is there any personal contact with Dr Ludidi?


The knowledge that I deliver you has been developed by myself. There are video's and written parts. The program has been developed in such a way that you can run through it all by yourself, to work on that better version of you. There is a knowledge session once per week, in which Dr Ludidi will go live and for which there will be opportunities to ask quesitons in advance.




EN - Are there any nutrition plans included?


Yes, both nutrition plans and recipes are included.




EN - How does the program work?


You'll start with a 2 week preparation phase after which you will roll into the Ramadan period for another month. You'll have educational modules, interactive question sections, video's and access to the bonus program with live sessions, recipes and training video's

EN - When shouldn't I join?


The program will not be for you if: you thing you don't have time to invest in such an important thing as your own health. So if you're not willing to work on your bad habits, stay away please. Also if you expect religious support related to Ramadan; Dr Ludid can only support you from a biological point of view, through his background as a scientist.




EN - Is the program about Intermittent Fasting?


To a certain extent it is. Ramadan fasting and IF have a lot in common. If you'd like to start with fasting in general, this program can help you, although it is a quite a bit heavier due to the 'dry fasting': you won't be drinking during the day. If you'd like to know more about intermittent fasting, I can recommend you to read my book "The Dr Ludidi Method of Intermittent Fasting".
