2. Scope

This policy applies to visitors of our website, people who apply for coaching, coaching clients, customers, and people who contact us with speaking or media enquiries.

3. The data we process

· Applying for 1:1 coaching: your name, email address, phone number, your reason for getting in touch and your answers to our questionnaire about rhythm, food, movement, rest, energy and lifestyle. Some of these answers may concern your health (see section 5).

· Coaching: information you share during your intake and trajectory, such as notes and assignments and, depending on your trajectory, blood results and body composition.

· Enquiries by email, for example about speaking or media: your name, email address and the content of your message.

· Purchases and payments: your name, email address, billing details and payment confirmations from our payment provider.

· Visiting our website: our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to deliver and secure the website.

4. Purposes and legal bases

· Assessing your application for coaching: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for health data, your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).

· Delivering coaching: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and, for health data, your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)).

· Answering enquiries: our legitimate interest in running our business (Art. 6(1)(f)).

· Invoicing and tax records: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

· Keeping our website secure: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

5. Health data

Our application questionnaire and our coaching may involve information about your health, such as sleep, energy, mental wellbeing and the use of alcohol or other substances. We only process this data with your explicit consent, which you give when you submit the application form, and only to assess your application and to deliver coaching. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing coaching@drludidi.com. This does not affect processing that took place before.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us run our services, such as our website host (which also receives form submissions), our email provider, our scheduling and payment providers, video-call tools and our accountant. They act under a data processing agreement and may only use your data on our instructions. We share data with authorities only where the law requires it.

7. International transfers

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. How long we keep your data

· Applications that do not lead to an intake: up to 12 months after our reply.

· Coaching records: up to 2 years after your last coaching contact, unless you ask us to delete them earlier and no legal reason requires us to keep them.

· Invoices and payment records: 7 years (Dutch tax law).

· Enquiries: up to 12 months after they are answered.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@drludidi.com, or coaching@drludidi.com for coaching. We respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). We do not use automated decision-making.

10. Cookies, advertising and third-party content

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for our website to work. On some campaign pages, and only with your consent, we use the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can change or withdraw it at any time via the cookie settings on our website. Some pages show content from third parties, such as our Google reviews; these services may process technical data such as your IP address. Links to other websites, such as Substack or Google Drive, are governed by their own privacy policies.

11. Children

Our services are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

12. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections (TLS) and access controls.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
